At least the one Liberal AA female professing Christ-follower who blows up my FB Messenger ubiquitously with rants and her hot takes regarding POTUS DJT has the good sense to include former POTUS Bill Clinton.

I will give her that at least. Not much after that, but at least she is spot-on with calling Ball & Strikes on this, our country’s latest moral cesspool of a situation.

The rest of y'all on the Left are just the Emperor with No Clothes and no ability to blush.

If you only express moral outrage when it is the other team committing the offense, God sees right through that charade for what it is: Partisanism. God abhors people who claim His majestic name but have any association with displaying partiality.

Partisansm is one of the many reasons I did not vote for DJT in 2024. Ron DeSantis and Mike Pence (whom I did vote for in 2024), to name just two very qualified Conservatives who espoused the same policy positions as DJT, but with none of DJT’s baggage. Conservatives rightly skewered William Jefferson Clinton for his moral failure, but sang an entirely different tune when confronted with the similar moral repugnancy of DJT.

That is not consistent with calling Ball & Strikes as we are required and expected to do as advocates for being Salt & Light upon the Earth until Jesus Christ returns to reign and rule.

I vehemently disagreed then and still vehemently disagree today with my Conservative brethren about that one, but I will stand before Almighty God as a solitary figure, so I will have to give an account only for my actions.

I look forward to 2028 so the DJT controversy is behind us. What excuses will AAs use then for voting for the Democratic candidate, I wonder?

I could almost posit with a straight face that AAs would cast a ballot for Lucifer if he ran because who they vote for carries all the water for Satan.

Satan and only Satan has any involvement with murdering babies in the womb.

Satan and only Satan has any involvement with endorsing same-sex marriage.

Satan and only Satan has any involvement with mutilating small children’s sexual organs. You know, the same minor child we would never listen to about what they want to wear to school on a given day.

My home is frequently Chaos Central, as my daughter and wife often begin the day by going to war with my grandson, Mr. Malachi, over what he is wearing to school that particular day.

Yet somehow, we allow people with the same mental acuity as Mr. Malachi to proclaim, with full bodily authority, that they were born in the wrong body and to make life-altering decisions to change their bodies cosmetically. A body decreed to them by their Creator. A Creator who I submit does not create life in the womb with any mistake on His part whatsoever.

All the while, these alleged Christ-followers travel headlong towards eternal Hellfire because they reveal who their true God is, and who that God is does not have any connection with the God of the Bible, period, full-stop, and end of story.

There is a famous Franklin Graham quote where it is alleged that Graham has one response to William Jefferson Clinton’s very public moral failing and yet a whole different reaction to DJT’s similar moral transgressions.

That, my friend, is Stinkin Thinkin and a practice I guarantee God deplores and will not tolerate in the slightest. In many ways, there is nothing more morally repugnant than a hypocrite.

So, I still posit that if it was inappropriate to align politically with Bill Clinton, then it was similarly inappropriate to align politically with DJT if the Christ-follower was going to call ‘em like he sees ‘em.

Yet what has been done has already been done, so we cannot put the genie back in the bottle. Consequently, DJT is the POTUS we have today, so I will gladly bend the knee to God’s Sovereignty and carry on with my day, just as I did when Joseph Biden was POTUS and when Barack Hussein Obama and William Jefferson Clinton occupied the residence at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.

I will let that marinate in your frontal lobe for a minute. If no one else is expected to call ‘em as they see ‘em, it is to be the People of God who show no partiality, yet we do find in the public square?

We find people exhibiting crass Parochialism: My Country, Right or Wrong, My Country. It might look cool as a slogan on a t-shirt, but it really is birthed from the lair of Satan. Thus, the Church should have no part in its duplicity whatsoever.

P.S. A unique opportunity has presented itself for me to travel to Cape Town, South Africa, and teach for six months at a seminary to train the next generation of pastors.

I have been very much praying for a ministry opportunity just like this. I knew when I felt called to attend seminary that God most certainly had a plan in mind for little ole me, a simple country boy from the South.

As with most things, when dealing with God, things very seldom happen as we would envision, which is why I decided to settle in my spirit and just wait on God.

I was supremely confident that God would work in His time and for His purposes. I ask that you join with me in prayer so God might show up mightily in the days and weeks ahead for my family and me.

All I do (well, I admit not all, but I strive for such), I do with the singular goal of hearing Christ say, Well Done, Ricky, when I step into eternity.

I pray you share in that lofty and God-fearing aspiration.
